Norman A. Sauer, II is the primary contact person.

Mr. Sauer has been a member in good standing of the State Bar of California since January 21, l969. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He is a litigation attorney experienced in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, contracts and business, secured transactions and debt collection. He was born February 15, 1944 in San Francisco, Califonia. Mr. Sauer attended the University of San Francisco, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in l965; the University of San Francisco School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree in 1968; and New York University School of Law, Master of Law Program, in 1968-1969.

He is a sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He served as a Board Member (1980-1984), and President (1984-1985) of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and a Member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the California Credit Union Collectors Council. Mr. Sauer was selected as an honored member of “National Who's Who,” in 1994-1995.

Mr. Sauer resides in Tiburon, California, with his wife and youngest son. He is the father of three children and grandfather to three grandchildren. He is currently a trustee of Tamalpais-Pacific, and a board member of the Hilarita-Tiburon Ecumenical Association overseeing low cost housing in his community and directing funding for charitable and educational purposes. Mr. Sauer is also the owner and President of NAS Enterprises, an Internet based business.
